Each sessions focused on applying leadership principles in everyday life, within households, businesses, associations, and community decision making spaces.

A decentralized, community embedded approach ensured inclusivity, with facilitators meeting participants in homes, markets, and shops to reach women who were unable to leave their businesses.

Key areas covered included self-leadership, servant leadership, team building, financial accountability, conflict management, mentoring, and confident communication. The training strengthened participants’ confidence and capacity to lead positively and contribute meaningfully to community development.
