With a strong foundation in gender practice, I work to analyze and address gender disparities, ensuring that both women and men have equal access to resources, opportunities, and decision-making processes.

Provides operational support in the development and implementation of the capacity development process. Organize and oversee the implementation of the project capacity development and awareness-raising initiatives.
